In order to use sea salt as a fight against cellulite, you must take a bath with salt and massage the areas with problems . Sea salt will tone and smooth the skin.
Preparing of a bath with sea salt
It is very easy to prepare such a bath. Just add about 300g of sea salt in water (water temperature should not exceed 37 degrees Celsius). You should not sit in the water for more then 10-15 minutes.
It is recommended that, such baths to be taken once or twice a week. It has the role to calm and tone the skin. If you don’t have time for a sea salt bath, you can make a home-made sea salt scrub in order to use it when taking a shower.
Ingredients for sea salt scrub :
You will need 1 cup of sea salt (preferably bought from the pharmacy), 2 tablespoons of aromatic essential oil (lavender, peach, patchouli and rosemary) and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl to get homogeneous paste, leave for 20 minutes, stir again, then you can mass problem areas with a bath sponge or cloth. Rinse the skin and apply a cellulite cream.
